Novice

For persons with no previous experience of operating lift trucks.

Course Duration:

• 1 candidate = 3 days
• 2 candidates = 4 days
• 3 candidates = 5 days

Refresher

For persons who have been given adequate formal basic operator training and who are appropriately certificated to operate lift trucks.

Course Duration:

• Maximum 3 candidates = 1 day

Conversion

For persons who are competent and certificated operators to train on an alternative type of lift truck, for example: A Counterbalance operator converting to a Reach truck.

Course Duration:

• 1 candidate = 1 day

Experienced Untrained

For persons who have some previous experience of operating lift trucks however, they are not able to provide satisfactory documentary evidence that they have been trained, tested and certificated.

Course Duration:

• 1 candidate = 2 days

Certification

On successful completion of the training course, each candidate will receive a CTS certificate, or can be registered with the RTITB or NPORS.
